Who should I contact?

The management company!

For questions or issues regarding Indian Brook’s property, community, buildings, etc., contact the management company; do not contact the board or board members directly.

The management company is hired to manage the Indian Brook property and day-to-day issues that arise within the community. When needed, the management company contacts the board to weigh in on and vote on particular issues. While the board might be consulted about an issue, all communication should go through the management company.

Respectful communication

Remember the golden rule: treat others the way you want to be treated.

When communicating with the management company or the board and its members, please be respectful. The management company does their best to resolve community issues and complaints while enforcing community rules and regulations, and the board members are volunteers and neighbors in the Indian Brook community and do their best to act in the best interest of the community as a whole.

Enforcing rules and regulations and acting in the best interest of the entire Indian Brook community sometimes results in decisions that do not align with individual interests. Unfortunately, such is life in a community with 112 diverse families. The board hopes that each member of the Indian Brook community understands these challenges.

The board acknowledges that sometimes situations can cause anger or frustration. As neighbors, we ask that, in these moments of frustration, communication with the management company and board always be respectful. Clear and respectful communication goes a long way in trying to resolve issues that arise in our community.
